Meet Your Coach - Madi
Growing up, I learned to navigate life in a chronically dysregulated state.
For much of my early life, I felt disconnected from my body, my emotions, and my sense of self. Unrecognized neurodivergence, disordered eating, anxiety, trauma, and challenging family dynamics left me feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, and stuck in a hyperactive nervous system.
For a long time, I lived out of balance: physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Over time, and with the right support, I rebuilt my relationship with my body and inner world, increasing my capacity to show up with grounded, embodied presence in daily life.
Seeking a career path that aligned with my deep interests in both the nervous system and music—as well as my desire to help others be their best—I sought a degree in music therapy. After years of working as a board-certified music therapist, I found myself wanting to dive more deeply into holistic wellbeing for both myself and my clients. I pursued additional education in modalities like yoga, reiki, and health coaching, and I continue to seek opportunities to expand my expertise in nervous system function and regulation.
Throughout my decade-long clinical and professional career, I have specialized in supporting individuals who feel disconnected or who experience anxiety, stress, burnout, overwhelm, depression, low self-esteem, and dissociation. My own lived experience with neurodivergence and trauma deeply informs and inspires my approach, blending clinical expertise with empathy and understanding.
I understand how hard it can be to feel lost or dysregulated, and I offer a grounded, empathetic space where healing and growth can unfold at your pace. Whether you’re navigating a transition or seeking deeper connection with yourself, you don’t have to do it alone.
